A Quarterly Magazine of Ayurveda
About AyurPatrika
Preserving Wisdom. Sharing Knowledge. Continuing the Legacy.
AyurPatrika is a quarterly magazine published under SAPTNOVA Foundation, bringing together Ayurvedic doctors, practitioners, students, researchers and wellness enthusiasts — creating a thoughtful space where traditional wisdom remains relevant, meaningful and open to scientific enquiry.
Our Beginning
A magazine born from a belief in Ayurveda
Ayurveda has travelled from one generation to another — not simply as a system of medicine, but as a way of understanding life. AyurPatrika was born from this belief.
Our aim is to take the wisdom of Ayurveda beyond clinics and medicines and into everyday health and wellness, while building a meaningful bridge between traditional knowledge and the aspirations of modern society.

“Every page has a purpose. Every voice has a story, and every shared experience has the potential to add something to the larger journey of Ayurveda.”
— Founder’s Note · AyurPatrika Inaugural Issue 2026
For thousands of years, Ayurveda has travelled from one generation to another — not simply as a system of medi cine, but as a way of under standing life. AyurPatrika was born from such a belief.
My vision is to see Ayurveda become an integral part of everyday health and well ness, reaching beyond clinics and medi cines and becoming a way of con scious living. With chan ging life styles, increasing stress and growing health con cerns, I believe that the prin ciples of Ayurveda have an important role to play in shaping a healthier future.
I believe that the strength of Ayurveda lies not only in its ancient know ledge, but also in the exper i ences of the doc tors and prac ti tioners who apply that know ledge every day.

Through this magazine, we hope to bring together Ayurvedic doc tors, prac ti tioners, stu dents, researchers, well ness enthu si asts and everyone who is inter ested in Ayurveda within the Ayurvedic com munity. We must also build a bridge between tra di tional wisdom and the aspirations of a modern society.
As we launch AyurPatrika on Ayurveda Day 2026, under the theme “Ayurveda for a Healthier Tomorrow”, I believe that our responsibility is not only to pre serve the wisdom we have inher ited, but also to carry it for ward for the gen er a tions to come. I warmly invite you to become a part of the AyurPatrika journey. Your knowledge, experiences and ideas can help us build a stronger Ayurvedic com munity and take the mes sage of Ayurveda to a wider society.
Together, let us share the wisdom of Ayurveda, celebrate its living tradition and contribute towards a healthier tomorrow.
